Alberta Recreation Survey
A Look at Leisure Bulletins
When we conducted the first Alberta Recreation Survey in 1981 (the Public Opinion Survey on Recreation), we needed a way of communicating the results to those involved in the recreation and sport areas. The A Look at Leisure bulletins evolved.
Each issue describes and interprets the results of one part of the survey. Given the survey has been conducted seven times over a 23 year period, topics will be repeated but will include some trend analysis.
All the bulletins are available below. The bulletins are grouped according to the survey year (1981, 1984, 1988, 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004 ). You can also download a pdf file that lists all the A Look at Leisure bulletins.
